• Review this week’s Learning Resources to better      understand constructive climates and standards of excellence within      organizations.
• Read about Jasmine Crowe, Founder and CEO of Goodr      (Chapter 12.3, Leadership Snapshot in the course text).
• Consider your experiences as a worker and/or volunteer      in an organization in relation to its leadership and your direct manager.
• Think of the strategies you experienced within this      organization in relation to the creation of a constructive climate
• Think of the strategies you experienced within this      organization in relation to the setting of high standards of excellence.

• Reflecting upon your experiences in an      organization in relation to its leadership and your direct manager, post a      brief summary of the organization and your role within it.
