This curation assignment has four sections; each is listed separately below.

2A: Please select three (3) user-generated videos that relate, in some manner, to music activity, culture, use or location in media.

Try to find three distinct examples that depict a particular aspect of music in user-generated A/V (not three samples of the same type).

For each, briefly describe how you came across the piece, and annotate your reasoning for selection, including the type of music a/v you’ve chosen (e.g. music videos, performance, technology, etc.). Include a

to each sample in your response.

2B: Please select three (3) music/sound samples to share, via link or mp3 — It does not have to be movie/TV/game/media-related (though can be, of course).

Again, briefly describe how you came across your sample, and your reasoning for selection.

2C: Please select two (2) images (painting, photograph, installation, sculpture, drawing, print, etc.) that relate to our topic of travels with music; briefly describe how you came across your sample, and your reasoning for selection.

Attach the image to your response or include a link.

2D: Please select a text (essay, article, poem, short story, narrative excerpt,
