You read an article, “Leslie Brinkman at Versutia Capital,” this
module. When pressure started to increase at Versutia Capital, Leslie
Brinkman became worried her staff was feeling overwhelmed and was
concerned her new employees had not been properly integrated in the
firm. Every employee in the company reported to Leslie and she did not
have enough time to spend with them and if she did, it was rushed.
