The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which was proclaimed by the General Assembly of the UN on December 10th, 1948, exhibits that people from different cultures can be in agreement on a set of “universal rules”. What criteria would you use to judge the moral quality of leadership in your culture and other cultures? Why is it important to be able to judge “morality” in other cultures?
